The Information We Collect
2nd Go Round, LLC does not collect personally identifiable information about individuals except when such individuals specifically provide such information on a voluntary basis. For example, such personally identifiable information may be obtained when a request is submitted in the Consignor Registration section. In this portion of the site, you can make requests and register to receive materials. No personal information should be provided on 2nd Go Round, LLC owned Kids-Go-Round web site by minors.

The Way We Use Information
We use the information you provide about yourself when registering as a Consignor, Volunteer, Soon-To-Be Mom or Shopper for purposes of fulfilling that request or supporting your relationship with 2nd Go Round, LLC. Among other things, we want to help you throughout the sale process and/or share relevant information about 2nd Go Round, LLC and all our seasonal consignment sales, providing updated information, special offers and other services.

2nd Go Round, LLC takes reasonable precautions to protect user data and private information from unauthorized access by third parties. 2nd Go Round, LLC, as owner and operator of Kids-Go-Round, does not share its mailing lists and will never sell your information to another company. We do, however, use a consignment database operated by My Consignment Manager(MyCM), as well as an email distribution system operated by BenchMark Email. Your information may be stored through one or the other, but only 2nd Go Round, LLC will use the information.

2nd Go Round, LLC reserves the right to share non-identifying and aggregate information with third parties to better design our website, marketing efforts and advertising. For example, we may use information such as X number of individuals visited a certain area of our website, or Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

Other Important Information
The foregoing policies are effective as of June 30th, 2009. 2nd Go Round, LLC reserves the right to change this policy at any time by notifying users of the existence of a new privacy statement. This statement and the policies outlined herein are not intended to and do not create any contractual or legal rights in or on behalf of any party.
